Stress and burnout prevention

The little word ''stress'' is certainly one of the most used words in business.

We often use this word to say that we are very busy. For many people, this word describes a state in which the individual feels overwhelmed and exhausted. Out of this state result many psychosomatic illnesses (rank 4 of all illnesses).

In addition to people with their individual symptoms, such as headaches and back pain, general states of exhaustion, cardiovascular diseases, these also burden companies through increased sick leave.

I know the feeling of physical and mental exhaustion well from my own experience; the insights and experiences from this time were the impetus for my training as a balance coach.

I therefore offer training with a focus on self-responsibility, communication, stress management, relaxation and health prevention.
Participants learn that…

  • stress does not come from outside,
  • the right way to deal with their own stressors,
  • to see problems as challenges
  • taking responsibility for one’s own actions,
  • self-management skills and
  • solving interpersonal conflicts more successfully and without stress.

This is balance coaching

In Germany, balance coaching is a health insurance funded prevention program (§20 SGB V) with accompanying coaching. For your country, please check your country’s health insurance fund system.

In any case, it is the prevention program for sustainable change, health and success.

With balance coaching, a measure with the contents of self-responsibility, communication and relaxation has been developed as a prevention course, which enables employees to change themselves sustainably in a healthy and stable direction.

The combination program of individual coaching, group coaching and self-study with a focus on stress prevention and relaxation addresses two levels:

  1. the employee learns new, healthier ways of dealing with stress and strain, and
  2. is enabled to integrate these new experiences and changed behaviors into their own everyday life in a sustainable way.

The goal of balance coaching

Today, companies are increasingly interested in enabling their employees to resolve conflicts among themselves in an appropriate and development-oriented manner.
In addition, the personality of each person also holds some potential for inner conflicts, which have a burdening effect on body, mind and soul.
If inner and outer conflicts remain unaddressed or insufficiently resolved in the long term, the foundation for illness is laid: starting with psychosomatic symptoms, serious illnesses develop, such as…

  • the burnout syndrome,
  • sleep and eating disorders,
  • back problems and migraines,

…to name only the best known.

The goal of balance coaching is therefore to holistically improve the personal health management of the participants so that they can meet the demands of their jobs, take care of themselves and maintain their health.

Notice:

Balance coaching is not a therapy, but a prevention program that can protect against stress-related psychosomatic illnesses, which are now among the most common reasons for illness in the working world at 8.6%.
