Insights Discovery® is an internationally proven diagnostic tool based on the typology developed by Swiss physician and psychologist C.G. Jung (1875-1961). This scientifically based typology analyzes people according to their personality traits and categorizes their various behavioral preferences.

Recurring human behaviors, known as “typical” behaviors, can be divided into four overarching “color types” using the Insight Discovery® model: blue, green, yellow, and red.
